Testing the Chowder style static texture for clothes on Vivian. I think it works for the hickory pattern on shirts and hats, but I'm still not sure if I'll keep it permanently. Was a fun test anyway! #wip #blender3d

Just showed up in the mail: two Athearn RTR SD45's! NP had 30 of these so they will be a welcome addition to the future layout. Next big purchase is probably gonna be a three pack of U25C's from Korea Brass to test against my Rivarossi model. #hoscale

Fun fact: on their 100th anniversary in 1964, the Northern Pacific Railway celebrated by commissioning a 40 minute long opera about their many achievements, which they called "A Thousand Miles of Mountains". Here's a brief selection from it! It's a fun listen.

Interlocking E26 is a fun place to photograph the trolley. A lot happens here (it’s where the Green and Orange lines end) and so stuff moves through here a lot
