I'll play your game. Pure math does not matter. As in, there's absolutely no urgency in solving these problems. So you could shut down all of AI now, which would be a net benefit for humanity and all living beings on Earth. And we could then take our time solving these problem without AI.

the french CRS force has always been strong (tear gas was invented here after all AFAIK), but it has kept on getting stronger and meaner over time. Governments know that it is their first (and maybe only) line of defence against another revolution, so it's never been neglected.

Yep. Perso, les deux points où ils me perdent le plus c'est cette question, et la sortie de l'Europe. Qui est certes une grosse machine de surconsommation, et qui a plein de problèmes, mais qui à mon avis reste quand même une institution d'unité très importante, même symboliquement.

The longest sperm cells known to exist are produced by Drosophila bifurca, a species of fruitfly. Uncoiled, they are 20 times the length of the fly itself. The only explanation we have is because they somehow started competing on sperm length, which is a great argument for biology being stupid.

yeah absolutely everything needs a rework. The scanner is close to useless. The tactical is ok but needs either a much smaller cooldown or being able to accumulate several charges to be usable in fights. And the ultimate is so situational that it's extremely rarely useful.

It would be super interesting to see how much extra traffic that request has generated. I know I used to check everyday a bunch of comics (you, xkcd, qwantz, etc), and I've somehow fallen out of the habit of doing so. Even though I still like them as much.
