Pretty much every use of a loom or spinning wheel in any media, including Nolan's Odyssey, where they give Anne Hathaway a decent warp-weighted loom, but she's sitting at it, and she never leaves a pick on it (much less unweaves).
Also, all contemporary costuming on "Viking" shows. Hate 'em.
