I got my flu shot and covid booster yesterday. Ouch. It took me out. I’ll be right here on the sofa, drinking tea with the dogs, near the wood stove, watching movies with the kid. #silverlinings

10 years ago I was diagnosed with stage lll ovarian cancer. Our son was 6 and all I could think of was him not being raised by his mama and the sickening unfairness of that. I’ve been in & out of treatment but I’m still here! Our beautiful son is 16 and the joy of my life #cansky #cancerBS #oncosky

I’m on Elahere+Avastin. Elahere has its own challenges but Avastin gave me high BP and the bloody noses. Also changed my voice.

Oof. I hate this. I’m about to mark ten years with this beast of a disease! Been in treatment now 3 years straight. I can’t work but I’m still engaged with my life as a mom, wife, friend etc. Have you applied for disability? xo

Yay for five years! I was diagnosed in 2014 stage 3C and then was NED until I relapsed in 2021. Been in treatment since. I’m still engaged with life! I parent and I friend and I wife .. I cook and eat and sometimes I sh*t unexpectedly. So what? I couldn’t agree more about RFK jr and what’s happening

Hi Helen! Yup. 3C here too. Diagnosed in 2014. Had six wonderful years of NED. Recurred in August 2021 and I’ve been in treatment ever since. Currently on Elahere/Avastin. I think it stopped working, tho. You’re right. It absolutely sucks and is terrifying 🩵
