Good news, but the fact that this is only happening now, nearly three years after the cyber attack shows 1) what a huge job BL staff have had rebuilding services, 2) that the BL is underfunded, and 3) the impact this has had on academic research, especially in the humanities.

My book was sent for review to an Indian newspaper from London. DHL is demanding KYC from the editor of the newspaper, who is, justifiedly, not interested in doing this. Apparently such demands are routine for shipments from UK and US. Has anyone else had an issue like this? How to figure this out?
