Don't understand how this squares with forcing teams to have stand-in riders to ensure the grid is full. You'll have riders missing whole sessions because their bikes are being rebuilt.

This crazy photo of Mir on the Honda is giving me F1 2008 vibes, just before F1 banned most aero apart from the front and rear wings. MotoGP's 2027 regs aren't quite so extreme, but it's going to be fascinating to see how the bikes line up next year.

MotoGP's live timing endpoint is STILL down, so the future of live timing on MotoTiming is a little uncertain. The live timing endpoint is not a service Dorna offers; it's more of a side effect of the way their site operates, so I can't very well complain about it to them.

LCR has confirmed that Diogo Moreira’s side of the garage will no longer be sponsored by Idemitsu, and that the rookie will ride as ‘Honda LCR’ tomorrow. Wouldn’t be surprised if they are replaced by a Brazilian brand like Petrobras, but similarly wouldn’t be surprised if Castrol expand.
