IN NEED OF HELP:

Sunday night, my laptop hinge cracked while in use. The laptop still works, but said screen is loose and now I can't properly close it carry my laptop without the risk of it breaking apart.

I took it to a local tech shop, and the owner estimated the repair that from all the fees such as the diagnostic check and parts, it adds to an estimate high of $250, and this is IF they are able to fix it.
On top of already going through 3 weeks of financial strain after unexpected emergencies and sudden expenses, I'm stretched so thin I can't cover it all on my own.

I rely on this laptop for practically everything for two years, including academics and art. I can only do so many tasks with my phone alone, and any bigger projects and needs are at risk. I refuse to let my semester or future plans implode overnight.

Since time is very critical in this situation, I ask for a stretch goal $150 dollars by the end of the week (October 5tH) to cover part of the repair costs and to help keep me afloat as fast as possible.
Simply sharing this post is also a HUGE help!

I was hoping it wouldn't have come to this or so abruptly, especially since I'm not on socials as much I once was and some people don't know me personally,,but I must take action fast so I can quickly get back on top of things again.

I'd personally recommend the G1 show (My little pony 'n friends) a lot, it's probably the main influence behind FIM (the mane 6 are mainly based on G1 ponies) and it has that cheesy but sweet 80s kid show feel that I like.

I'm pretty sure the DVD got given to charity before I fell back into the pony nostalgia, alongside 2 of my G1 DVDs I was also raised with, but the newborn cuties stuff is online so I don't really mind. And I got one of the G1 DVDs back so yay. Tldr all generations have technically impacted me.
