It depends on the stupid. If it’s something (mostly) harmless, like eating something I know I shouldn’t before bed or staying up late when I know I shouldn’t, then fuck it, we ball. However, if it is detrimental in some way, I turn music on, put my phone out of reach, and grab gummy worms.
