To my follow people in the #SmileForMeGame fandom The #DrHabit plush from Makeship is legitimately only 3 apples tall. I am losing my mind right now

Putting under the graphic tag just to be safe, but it’s not that bad Just a heads up for people who don’t wanna see but curious it’s gross tattoo healing stuff: I’m out here looking like the world’s nastiest fruit gusher

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

Almost there! Messaged my artist to get some of the last of the fine details down. He's just as excited about the tattoo as me so I'm gonna try and hold onto that and get hype! Don't think he quite got what I meant when I asked what tip percentage I should use though. He deserves a little extra

Day 3! Showed my older sister the design I plan on getting and the special care kit I got to ensure a safe recovery. She has a bunch of mini tattoos now of days, including a matching one with me, so I trust her opinion and help on the matter. Feeling a little less scared today!

Day two of our countdown. Almost set my apartment on fire when the pot suddenly boiled over despite actively watching my spaghetti noodles cook. I'm sure that's not some kind of omen of things to come lol

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Here comes a small countdown leading up to Monday to help me sort out my feelings (ever felt like you're going to throw up from excitement and terror simultaneously?) about getting a tattoo by myself when I have an acute fear of needles and a sharp anxiety reaction to pain

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Been sitting on this for a while and now I can for sure talk about it as they're live on my friend TheOutsiderGospel's streams on Twitch! So hype seeing these in use now! #CommissionWork #MyArt

I retract my previous statement cause yeah that is indeed fair

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

✨Happy birthday to the best one piece character no I will not be taking criticism on that statement✨

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 18/06/2026

Hey so you guys know I am in fact working on quite a bit of art behind the scenes right now for the upcoming convention I have a booth at, but here: have some previews because you guys are so patient and handsome/beautiful #MyArt #Wip

I found the holy grail of my #TheBandGhost collectibles search. Despite how easy you’re able to get him, I never thought I’d find Primo’s pop at an affordable price. I almost exploded with excitement at the retro game store I found him in. Took him for a victory drive in my car named after him lol

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

It has been a rough mental day, but then I looked on #Makeship for the hell of it and saw that there is a Dr. Habit plushie available from @limbolanegames.bsky.social's #SmileForMe I can afford to order and well...

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

It’s been a long time coming, but my newest #TheBandGhost design is up and available on my Etsy! It’s currently only in Keychain form because I accidentally ordered the sticker version too small, but Nevertheless! They’re finally here! badgerdenstudios.etsy.com/listing/4513...

Didn’t realize until taking him in today to get his sound box fixed just how squished my BaB Gengar “Cesare” had gotten over time. He’s really been putting in the work over the past three years as an emotional support plush (especially as of late lol) 💜 Now he’s all fixed with fresh stuffing too 💜

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 13/05/2026

Please tell me you’ve gotten that one vision that makes the character huge with him because that would be perfect

110

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 08/05/2026

You know, I’m not one to think about signs and charms often. But taking the fact that my fish hook’s cord partially snapped and started unraveling right before we got laid off, and then fully snapped today right after I got my unemployment claim approved- 🤔🤔🤔

Flat color commission for a friend on Discord! I'm still open for commissions as well, so feel free to dm me! I loved working on this freaky guy and finalizing his look! I don't know what it is with me and these color block backgrounds rn but I love em #MyArt #Commissions

020

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 02/05/2026

I would have preferred to avoid this, but I no longer have a choice. I'm soon more than likely getting laid off for the second time in less than a year, and although I have a job interview soon I didn't get paid for my pto like I should have and can in no way afford rent in time Please help

Positively obsessed with this 2007 printing of The Hobbit I got at the convention today. It has the classic illustrations in it as well as being an easy to carry travel size

#ASketchADayKeepsTheSadAway #MyArt Already fell behind on my own goal to draw once again, but here is an attempt at drawing my badger fursona in that little stick figure critter look

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 19/01/2026

#ASketchADayKeepsTheSadAway #MyArt Storm Ghoul! He’s my favorite Ghoul of #TheBandGhost and decided I might as well give drawing him a shot. Pushed myself a bit too hard trying to do it though, ngl, so tomorrow I’ll take it easier Used a photo for reference with this one

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 18/01/2026

Wow so uh… a ton of life happened. I think I’m finally in the clear, but to start my new year off right I got a new sketchbook and am going to try doing a sketch a day to stretch my art muscles again Yesterday was this sketch of my oc 5ou1, aka “Soul” #myart #ASketchADayKeepsTheSadAway

You know, I really try not to involve #TheBandGhost in everything I create, but when the idea is good the idea is good

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 27/10/2025

I have created a Gumpkin (Ghost Pumpkin) #TheBandGhost

090

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 23/10/2025

Hey, fans of #TheSecretSaturdays fun fact and casual reminder: Spiders essentially get drunk on caffeine. It makes their web building erratic and disorganized Which means that Munya was dealing with ALL of Argost’s antics 24/7 on nothing but determination and an iron will. Have fun with this info

Munya standing over Argost in a suit made of a shed lizard skin. Argost is face down in the snow

Munya carrying Argost up a wall like a damsel in distress. Argost is playing the part of damsel well

Munya and Argost hanging off of a subway while Fiskerton is making Munya remain attached by his webbing. They are flying through the air like a plastic bag in a hurricane

Munya being hit dead on by an attack from Drew, thrown back by the blast and soon to collide with Argost. Note this battle takes place in Antarctica, which means Munya is also trying not to fall into a hibernation due to diapause the whole episode

Sorry forgot to add a factoid You know I gotta throw Giovanni at you. His factoid is while he eats most anything, he despises soybeans and refuses eating them. Why? Because of the setsubun festival in Japan where they throw roasted beans to chase off evil spirits. “Oni wa Soto! Fuku wa uchi!”

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 01/07/2025

Life’s been kicking me in the buns but I have the design update for all of you today! Here’s the raw file for Perpetua’s sticker! Pre-orders are still up as well! #TheBandGhost

When you and your friend both like "Ghost" #commission for my friend @ingotusk.bsky.social

My friend Ryan dressed as Ghost from Call of Duty. He is doing the squint meme

Me dressed as Copia from Ghost. I am smiling like Pedro Pascal looking over at my friend.

021

💚AJ💚 @mortimerbadger.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

But turns out I actually got a commission from that friend back in 2018 to sketch Cardi. 2018 was not a great year for me- a lot of sh*t happened. And YET Six/seven years later here I am drawing the same character and you can physically see my improvement Look how far I’ve come Cardi

An old ink sketch of Cardinal Copia in his black outfit. I had no idea who this guy was, but recognized him because of my friend. The sketch is rough and messy, just like how my year had been going at the time.

The sticker design for Papa IV of my floriography series. He is surrounded by light and color and smiling softly

The amount of times I've been moments away from a meltdown for no reason until I *notice* how tense and anxious I am should be studied

a two panel page with my Badger fursona looking stressed and freaking out in the first, with them suddenly looking surprised in the second panel as if they've had an idea.

my badger fursona sitting calmly, with the words "oh right. Trauma." their eye is rainbow with the word "trauma" also being emphasized that way
