Season 1 Jayce and Viktor frotting and smooching in top of a bed. They’re shirtless but barely managed to pull down their shorts. Jayce is pressing Viktor into the mattress, threading his fingers into Viktor’s hair while he kisses him. Meanwhile Viktor is gripping Jayce’s butt and it looks suspiciously like one or two fingers might be slipping inside, but that’s for you to decide.

💕 "Quality Time" 💕 Jayce and Viktor try something new ;) Oops, we did it again! @vesperby.bsky.social and I bring you a PWP oneshot! Set after the events in our JVRBB story "The Scars We Collect" Explicit, 1300 wds, #t4tjayvik, The Strap (double-ended) #jayvik archiveofourown.org/works/93388381

a crop of a larger artwork by Vesper. The image shows Jayce and Viktor post-canon. Jayce is leaning back against Viktor, reaching back to grasp at Viktor's hair. Viktor is smiling softly, and Jayce is moaning. Viktor's right eye is scarred white, and there are visible lines on his body that show the detail of his Hexcorized body. He has long hair. Jayce is bearded and his chest is visible, including his scars from gender-affirming top surgery.

Another crop of a larger artwork by Vesper. Jayce is laying face-down with Viktor on top of him. One of Viktor's hands trembles as it grasps one of Jayce's hands, their fingers interlocked. Jayce grasps at the sheets with his other hand, a look of bliss on his face as he drools onto the bed. Viktor is kissing and biting the back of Jayce's shoulders.

Mom said it’s my turn on the #liabt drunk slutty bunny Jayce 🥴

A colored digital drawing of Jayce and Viktor as they appear in the fic “Love Is A Burning Thing” by Yelllllowmouse. Jayce, in a playboy-bunny style corset and white sneakers, straddles Viktor’s lap, leaning in close. His cheeks are pink because he is blitzed out of his mind, and he presses his index finger to the apex of Viktor’s cheekbone as he gazes down at him drunkenly, smiling. Viktor is dressed as a (slutty) knight, with silver pauldrons worn over a blue cowl and blue pants. The hollows of his cheeks as well as his sclera have been tattooed black, creating an ember effect with his amber eyes. He is also blushing, but his mouth twists warily as he looks up at Jayce, brows knit.
Jayce: “say you volunteer.” Viktor: “…I volunteer.”

Baade's Window - From Rolf Wahl Olsen - flic.kr/p/2q7ttqg

Baade's Window is a unique region in the constellation Sagittarius that is notable for its relatively clear view towards the central bulge of our galaxy, through the otherwise dense dust clouds of the Milky Way. Named after the astronomer Walter Baade, who identified its significance, this area provides a unique observational window for studying the structure and composition of the Galactic Centre. It has allowed scientists to explore the distribution of stars, star clusters, and other celestial phenomena that are otherwise hidden behind the galactic dust.
Baade's Window is centered on the globular cluster NGC 6522, visible in the left of this image. The other globular cluster is NGC6528 which in comparison appears significantly reddened by obscuring dust.

The Swan Nebula - Optical/Infrared Comparison - From Rolf Wahl Olsen - flic.kr/p/fsFLfD

This image shows the bright nebula Messier 17, also known as the Swan Nebula or the Omega Nebula.
This nebula is located about 6000 light years away in the constellation of Sagittarius. It was discovered by Swiss astronomer Philippe Loys de Chéseaux in 1745 and later catalogued by Charles Messier in 1764.
The central part of the nebula is lit up by a cluster of extremely bright young O and B type stars. It is one of the brightest and most massive star forming regions in our galaxy and appears very similar in spatial structure to the famous Orion Nebula, but the Swan is viewed more edge-on from our vantage point. The nebula is also very bright visually, actually much more so than its famous neighbour the Eagle Nebula - which traditionally is the more photographed of the two.

Visible above the nebula is a pair of very unique bright orange stars. These are LBV (Luminous Blue Variable) type stars HD 168607 and HD 168625 respectively, two rare yellow hypergiants that might have formed what is known as a pseudo-photosphere. This is a theoretical optically dense surface present due to intense stellar winds and thus not the actual surface of the star. This pseudo-photosphere is much cooler than the underlying surface of the star and therefore appears yellow to us. The right-most of these two stars in the image (HD 168625) also has an associated complex nebulousity surrounding. This nebula appears very similar to the double ring structure observed around Sandulaek -69° 202 which w...

NASA's MESSENGER Satellite Captures Spectacular Color Mosaic of Mercury - From Goddard Space Flight Center - flic.kr/p/9uD599

NASA image acquired: January 14, 2008

This spectacular color mosaic shows the eastern limb of Mercury as seen by MESSENGER as the spacecraft departed the planet following the mission's first Mercury flyby in January 2008. The colors of this image are not those that would be seen by the human eye but instead convey information about the distribution of different rock types on Mercury's surface. The different rock types result in subtle color variations across all of the 11 WAC narrow-band color filters. The Caloris basin, visible as a large bright yellow circular area in this image due to its infill of volcanic plains, dominates the northern region. A similar image was published in Science magazine in July 2008, but it only covered the northern half of the region shown here. To create this larger color mosaic, MESSENGER Science Team members had to also devise a method to deal with scattered light in the 11 different WAC filters. MESSENGER has obtained color imaging at this resolution only for the portions of Mercury seen on departure from Mercury flybys 1 and 2.

As spectacular as this color image is, it is just a taste of what is yet to come. In 2011, MESSENGER will become the first spacecraft ever to orbit Mercury and begin a year-long observing campaign that includes imaging all of Mercury's surface in color at an average resolution of about 1 kilometer/pixel (0.6 miles/pixel), a resolution that is about a factor of three better than this already impressive image.

Centaurus A Extreme Deep Field - 130 Hours - Sep 2019 - From Rolf Wahl Olsen - flic.kr/p/2hk73QH

The Deepest View Ever Obtained of Centaurus A (NGC 5128)
New improved version with 10 hours of H-Alpha, Sep 2019
In 2013 I gathered 120 hours of data on Centaurus A, and processed the deepest image ever obtained of this magnificent galaxy showing many features and structures not revealed by amateurs before.
In Feb 2014 I released an improved version of the image with higher resolution, processed using PixInsight.
Then in 2018 I again acquired further data (for what is evidently a never-ending project…), this time in the H-Alpha wavelength. This new re-processed image incorporates the H-Alpha data in order to highlight the impressive emission structures triggered by the relativistic jet from the supermassive central black hole. It also emphasises the many pink hydrogen clouds in the dark dust lane across the centre of the galaxy, and lastly I feel the image showcases the concentric shells and rich background slightly better, while keeping a reasonably subtle natural look.

About the Image
This image is the realisation of a long time dream of mine: Taking a deep sky image with more than 100 hours of exposure.
I set out on this mission in early 2013 and after having gathered 130 hours of data on 46 different nights in 2013 and 2018 I present what I believe is the deepest view ever obtained of Centaurus A. This is likely also the deepest image ever taken with amateur equipment, showing stars as faint as magnitude 25.45.
I spent around 40 hours and analysing processing the data...

Jayce's husk body appears to be peeling away like a glowing chrysalis and they are surrounded by a starry glowing anomaly-like orb that gives the impression of a hatched egg.

Deep Image of Peculiar Shell Elliptical Galaxy NGC 3923 in Hydra - From Rolf Wahl Olsen - flic.kr/p/293GTsm

Some 90 million light years away, towards the Southern constellation Hydra, lies the peculiar shell elliptical galaxy NGC 3923. As of 2018, there doesn't seem to exist any other amateur images of this beautiful galaxy.
Its unusual appearance originate from past mergers with other nearby galaxies which have generated the myriad of concentric shells visible near the centre. This phenomenon is in fact not uncommon and many other elliptical galaxies host large shell systems, including the famous Centaurus A (NGC 5128), but the remarkable symmetry and large number of subtle shells is unique to NGC 3923.

The formation of such shells are a common observation in computer simulations of merging galaxies.
The shells form when the cores of merging galaxies orbit around their common centre of mass in an ever tighter orbit while disrupting the halos of both galaxies and sending billions of stars into eccentric orbits. This process creates outward traveling density waves until the collision eventually settles as one single large galaxy.
Recent research based on deep images from the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope have documented 42 concentric shells in NGC 3923, more than in any other known galaxy.

A prominent stream of stars is extending towards the lower right, terminating abruptly in a shell-like fragment (4 o'clock position). Visible within this stream is a small round galaxy, believed to be one of the merging progenitors of the shell system. The galaxy appears to be in the process...

Messier 20: A Deep Look at The Trifid Nebula and Surrounds - From Rolf Wahl Olsen - flic.kr/p/2ky4FU3

This deep image shows the famous Trifid nebula in Sagittarius, also known as Messier 20 or NGC 6514:
www.rolfolsenastrophotography.com/Astrophotography/Nebula...

The complex cloud displays an unusual combination of both red emission and blue reflection areas as well as numerous intricate dark patterns.
The nebula is located 9000 light years away in the direction towards the galactic centre. The entire area is sprinkled with thousands of stars and fainter dusty and nebulous areas throughout. A separate prominent dark cloud appears dramatically silhouetted against the starry background to the right.

A curious example of gas evaporation can bee seen near the core of the Trifid itself. Here a dense stalk, 8 light years from the centre, is emerging from the edge of the bubble surrounding the central cluster, and in the other direction a powerful stellar jet from a young star, HH 399 embedded in the gas, is shooting out in an upwards direction. The bright young stars in the central cluster emit strong radiation which eats away the surrounding gas and dust. The stalk only appears because a denser region lies at its very tip and protects a thin strip of the cloud from this interstellar erosion. The Hubble Space Telescope has imaged this fascinating area in high resolution. Also, the proper motion of the irradiated plasma in this jet has been measured and a paper has been published detailing these findings.

Also, throughout the nebula lies countless young T Tauri stars just h...

Jayvik fancomic. Title: separation anxiety. Panel 1: after an emergency procedure, viktor is pushed on a wheelchair by a vintage nurse. They reach a waiting room. Panel 2: jayce rises suddenly from his seat, stiff as a board. He’s holding something, and viktor gasps. I- jayce, is that for me? Panel 3: a tomato-red jayce is revealed to be holding a large bouquet of pink flowers. I didn’t know what to get you, and the doc said… no sweets until tuesday! So i got you the inoffensive option. To his side, viktor snorts a huge incredulous laugh. He’s delighted. Jayce bristles further and says, you can’t be upset! Next panel, he bows his head shyly. I… I am really, really glad you’re alright, viktor. He offers the flowers to his partner, continuing. To your health, I hope you’re my partner for many more years. Viktor smiles as he reaches over. He touches jayce’s wrist with both hands on his way to pick up the flowers and allows himself to linger. Jayce looks on the verge of tears. The colors of the art simplify, touchy feely pastel pink. Viktor says thank you, jayce. This is, ah, a very considerate gesture. Like you. I’m not planning to go anywhere else, anytime soon, alright? Jayce breaks and begins sniffing. He hides his flooding eyes behind his palm. Viktor slips a thumb beneath his gem bracelet and tugs, keeping them together.

Page 2. A row of 3 panels. Viktor holds the ball of pink flowers to his chest and averts his gaze. A quiet beat, then he says… may you wheel me to my room now? Er, people are staring. Panel 2, chibi jayce flaps his crying face on his elbow like a washing machine to dry out the tears. Panel 3; cartoonishly disheveled and with his face all puffy, he throws a thumbs up at viktor, making himself sparkle. Yes! Jayce says, on it, partner!

Page 3: a single, silent panel, of a blushing viktor bowing his head into his flowers, and taking a flustered sniff. He’s pink, just like them.
