Becoming an AsEP at 24 came with a lot of feelings, especially imposter syndrome. Now 25 and applying for the doctorate I feel a lot more confident in myself. I really resonate with the younger generation. Like Licia, I see my age as a strength in my practice! #edpsychs ✨

Ideas to support ‘mental health’ are often based on the that it is something completely internal and ‘within’ a person only. Yet, the reality is that we don’t exist separately from a context around us and our experiences of that. We can’t separate ourselves from this. They shape things for us. 1/4
