Even if you believe that (and I don't, b/c it's not true) — that's not a defense, it's a description of Constitutional erosion. If you think a past president did something unconstitutional, that's an argument for holding the line more firmly, not for lowering it again. Two wrongs don't make a right.

We're all in separate info bubbles now, with a shrinking ability to talk across them, by design. But when I am able to see what appear to be MAGA responses to concerns about Trump banning news networks from the White House, the attitude seems to be: "other presidents have done this before too."

Two things I'm concerned about: 1. On Friday, President Trump banned three news organizations — CNN, MS NOW, and Politico — from the White House. 2. Yesterday, the White House launched its own 24/7 content channel called Trump TV.
