The U.S. treats health care as a competitive, fragmented marketplace rather than a coordinated effort for the public good. That fragmentation (combined with the relentless drive to turn a profit) is why it's dysfunctional. #MedicareForAll

What is the holdup? There have only been 2 U.S. prosecutions in connection with Jeffrey Epstein's child sexual abuse network: - Jeffrey Epstein - Ghislaine Maxwell Meanwhile a string of people connected to the case keep turning up dead, officially ruled suicide or accident every time.
