Nothing against the new pope being American but I feel like some already insufferable Americans on the internet are gonna be even more obnoxious and insufferable... Though it could make for an entertaining spectacle when they realize he's not too fond of Trump

I really just spent time trying to coax a jumping eight-legged-friend onto my hand (because baby girl is gonna starve herself staying inside my room), which failed btw, to then have her jump into a cup while I talked to her in baby voice all along until she jumped onto my hand and outside...

It still surprises me how much ASTRO's Moonbin's death fucked me up ... Jonghyun, Sulli, Goo Hara hit me hard but I can still enjoy their music or watch their faces in MVs but Moonbin ? I cry my eyes out just hearing his voice in a song

I haven't felt like I needed an inhaler this bad since I was a little kid ! Pollens are all over the place...any stagnant water becomes yellow on the surface because there's so much pollen everywhere ! I want to scratch my eyes and skin off !

I love drawing with a tablet but I also hate it ?! I want to animate things and have so many ideas but then I start and I end up losing my mind over small details nobody will see ...

I was already tired of this person coming for the trans community any chance she gets and actively making me disgusted with the magical world I loved as a kid...but now it has to be the Ace community? Give us a fucking break instead of spreading hate on people who literally didn't ask for anything

I love rewatching movies from my childhood I get to see what laid the ground level of my tastes in fictional characters, yep looking at you Rick O'Connell !

I'm alive ! Life has been kicking my butt and with spring being here allergies are having a field day ! Anyways, I had some fun with my OCs, Kieran and Melvina ^^ I wanted to play around with lighting...the sparkles might be a bit much, though. #OC #ocsky #art

Gonna try my hand at animation again, feels like I need a project that will take all my focus because I feel I can't concentrate on anything lately...and it's driving me insane and grumpy

Watch me binge AOT and MHA for the 589th time. I could watch ANYTHING else but it's always these two. Watching a new anime I haven't watched ? Nah let me rewatch the ones I know by heart !

So I'm watching the 1983 version of Jane Eyre and while I know the book and two other (more recent) adaptations I wasn't expecting such a tempestuous and intense Mr.Rochester, I love it though !

000

Moonie @moonexia.bsky.social · 06/02/2025

Well I suppose Jane Eyre is going to be my next read...for the hundredth time

Moonie @moonexia.bsky.social · 05/02/2025

I don't know if it's just procrastination or actually necessary (could be both) but I feel like I need to create a bunch of characters other than my mains before I even start writing anything else because... The world doesn't feel lived in ?

I keep them, even those I read in school because I like re-reading...a lot. I probably re-read books I already know more than new ones

I'm really tired of people pretending like the creation itself of superheroes isn't tied to the political atmosphere of the time they were made, you know like punching nazis, systemic oppression and whatnot. What's the point of Spiderman if he doesn't care about injustice ? That sounds wild to me.

Nooooo stay away from me Mafia boss Aemond AU ! Shooo ! I don't need more headcanons !

000

Moonie @moonexia.bsky.social · 23/01/2025

So my brain decided (yes he's an entity of his own because sometimes those trains of thought really come out of nowhere, anyways!) that it would be funny to make a Targaryen modern organise crime AU because ... Why not I guess with an OC that would be their secretary of some sort ...

I have a bit of a pet peeve with how people see the whole bullying situation in HOTD. Like yeah Luke was a kid and both Jace and Luke were just being little sheeps following their uncle but it doesn't make them innocent either especially when years later Luke chuckles seeing the porc being served...

Favorite Ghibli film ? I'm gonna go with Howl's Moving Castle because it's the one I watched the most. But it's actually a tie between this one, Nausicaa, Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away.

Oh no ...I want to draw Aemond and my OC ...

000

Moonie @moonexia.bsky.social · 26/12/2024

Working on a double page of sketches of my FMC because normal character sheets don't feel right to me...but WHYYYY did I decide to draw her while she's braiding her hair ?! The hands and fingers position is so hard to do !😭

Moonie @moonexia.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

Repost with your comfort anime! The manga was the first I bought as a kid when we only had the 2000's anime version. It makes me cry like a baby but it has a very special place in my heart 😊

Really, the more I draw my OC the more I feel like he looks like a mix of Aemond and Jacaerys, which...mind you, one of my references for him were some Manhwa MLs and Aemond but I gave him black curly hair and that's very Jace and now I can't get it out of my head

010

Moonie @moonexia.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

Finally managed to draw something! Took waaaayy too much time for what it is (not much) but it feels good !

It's crazy how, being good at cooking and taking care of a house when you're a woman makes you "bonne à marier" or "a good future wife" in english when it's just basic skills to...you know ... Live in a decent house...

Not me going on Tumblr of Pinterest just to watch Ewan Mitchell gifs ...I'm sorry but I just can't get enough of him your honour 😭

I wanna draw today, but there's the ever present ultimatum...what do I draw !! Ewan Mitchell ? (Or any of his role) My male/ female OC ? Started designing other characters from the same universe as my OCs ? 😭 I'm an indecisive idiot !

Moonie @moonexia.bsky.social · 14/12/2024

Being an introvert is such a pain sometimes... I haven't been able to really have time for myself lately (haven't for the last year or so). So much so that when I do have time ...I'm just exhausted, which means I can't draw or write and I hate it !!

Creating a character is both super fun and super annoying. Why you ask? Because there's always that one character on which you can't seem to settle on a particular appearance and it's even more annoying when the character is the Male lead !! I know I made him a little annoying shit but come on !

So...it seems I'm on my way to draw every picture of Ewan Mitchell in any role I come across...not to mention I used his face to inspire me for one of my OCs. Is this how it feels to find a muse ? #ewanmitchell #tombennett #fanart

If you say, "I spend a lot of time fantasizing about murder and ways to hide bodies," people get all freaked out. If you say, "I'm an author," they smile and go, "That's nice." Agatha Christie never walked into a room without wondering how she's kill every person in it.

I feel like I have comfort shows more than actual comfort characters (because I love waaaayy to many fictional characters) but here we go. I'll stick to four but know there's a wagon full of characters behind that 😂

Aemond Targaryen from House of the Dragon
