Baragon is evolving tonight. I ordered him a graduation cap but this dude ate it like 2 secs into me setting up the tripod for the photoshoot. Apparently Pokémon on the verge of evolution get the munchies too.

Baragon was as a birthday present to myself back in ‘19. He was just a baby then 😭 He used to fall asleep in my hoodie on the way to and back from uni. For the longest time I dreamt of evolving him into the biggest Nidoking ever. Once we found a Rare Candy in the Goldenrod Underground.

There’s a story about a Nidoran, a Mankey, and a Vulpix who were tested by a deity disguised as a hungry traveler. The Mankey gathered fruit and the Vulpix caught fish, but the Nidoran couldn’t find any food. Wanting to help still, the Nidoran offered its own body as food by jumping into a fire.
