With the help of Claude and romdev, I'm discovering more #NES #GameGenie codes! This time using aldonunez's Zelda 1 disassembly. AEINAUIL: Magic Book causes the sword beam to leave behind flames, just like the magic wand (Add the optional code AEINILIL and you won't even need the Magic Book!)

The Legend of Zelda for NES. Link is firing sword beams across the screen. What's unusual is that flames are visible at the point of the beams' impact.

"romdev-mcp" provides emulators for various retro systems, plus hooks for an LLM to press controller buttons, dump audio samples, take screenshots, etc. I had it play NES Tetris a while and then draw this. (It fixed the mistakes later.) #RetroGaming #MachineLearning github.com/monteslu/rom...

Or, at least, Claude THOUGHT this was all 7. The "Z" piece is a mislabelled "L" with only 2 rotations, the "J" is also a mislabelled "L" (all 4 rotations), and the "L" is a mislabelled "T".

Clawdbot / Moltbot is legit. Long term memory by default without dependency on a specific AI vendor is great. And providing a mechanism to inject messages via the gateway without typical MCP request/response flow during a chat is HUGE.

@tomayac.com Android is a bit kneecapped for #webAI in a way that iOS isn't. Any idea why Android devices are limited to 30fps on getUserMedia() camera access on front cameras? Native apps on Android can get 60fps. iOS web can get 60 on front cams. Tested on several phones /cc @webai.bsky.social

Did a full implementation of the Web Gamepad API for node.js and added a CLI tester for it. Over 2100 gamepads mapped using the SDL database. About two orders of magnitude more than chrome :) npx gamepad-node

Three.js GPU (WebGL) accelerated demo running in Node.js (without a web browser) but rendering to my terminal at GameBoy Color resolution. Even has real texture mapping and lighting effects :)
