my new favourite thing is doodling little comic ideas. like wait you're telling me that if i have a bunch of OCs and interactions in my mind i can just draw them? whoa here, Caspian (royal scholar) doesn't know how to explain to this random hero that the princess and her monster are actually dating

Caspian, an insect looking creature in robes peeks out from medieval looking castle doors, looking at a knight standing before him. "So let me get this straight," he says. "You've come here to rescue the princess."

The knight says, "Yes."

Caspian leans against the door. "And where did you say you travelled from?"

Yes! AND, the same debugger (with the same button sequence) can be accessed in SM64DS and Animal Crossing Wild World, which implies they share some code! You can easily trigger a crash in SM64DS by hitting L+R+Start+Select on a certain frame after it fades to white when you click on "VS Mode"

you won't be able to UNSEE this ONE mistake EVERY furry artist makes (based on real events, starring @touffefox.bsky.social)

A large monster and an anthro fox are sitting on a couch. The fox is showing his bluesky timeline to the monster. "WAIT!" says the monster, "This pic makes no fucking sense and I'll show you why. Come to the bathroom."

"What?" Asks the fox.

"COME TO THE BATHROOM," repeats the monster.

The fox is in a crudely drawn bathroom, in front of a mirror. "What now?" he asks.

"Try to take a mirror selfie with your phone tilted sideways slightly," the monster replies, off-frame.

"Wh..." The fox is confused.

The fox tries to take a selfie, but as he rotates his phone, the image rotates too, naturally. As a result, his phone is always perfectly straight in the reflection too, relative to the picture. "WAIT," he exclaims.

The fox character looks traumatised. "It's impossible," he says, "because the phone's rotation relative to itself will always be the same!"

"I KNOW RIGHT?!" says the monster, happy that someone is finally noticing this too.

i've stopped caring about skill. this is not a competition, there is nothing to win. i'm happy as long as my art isn't visually confusing. i would rather get these stories and characters out of my head in bad doodles than not draw them at all by fear of being bad.
