They exist in the Undertale universe in this piece. Alona has a classic upside down white heart for her monster SOUL. Char, being mostly human but with monster magic, has a large cyan heart with an upside down white heart in the center for her SOUL.

The two lie together in their dark bedroom, a window in the background showing visible snowfall to signify that they live in Snowdin. Charlie straddles Alona’s belly, lying across her and shuddering with pleasure as the two rub their SOULS together. They clutch one another’s arms, and Alona’s tail drapes across Char’s back.

Additional panels in the upper corners show hints of their foreplay: Charlie fingering Alona’s SOUL, and Alona dragging her tongue across Char’s SOUL.
