Eventually, there's visual information to use a magic wand or lasso to add flat colors. I really like how the vector and border effect layers add this "non-destructive" workflow that reminds me of Blender. 100

In Clip Studio, erasing vectors is a much faster process for cleaning up lines. Below that, I create a raster layer with a border effect so I can immediately block in values while the border lines define forms. 100
