The biggest mistake UPS made was abandoning the Last Mile delivery (SurePost) with the USPS. My son, a rural carrier for the USPS, met up with a UPS buddy who said they have a lot of seasonal help but no trucks. Isn't going to help when they don't have vehicles to deliver.

I read an interesting substack (sorry I can't recall it) that stated an oligarchy is a very unstable type of government.
