Coffee may influence mood & stress through the gut microbiome, not just caffeine. A new paper in 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 studied 31 coffee & non coffee drinkers.
