#kidlit writers: I’m writing a dinosaur PB set during the extinction event. I want to use dinosaur characters that weren’t technically alive for the event (they’d gone extinct in other eras)… because they’re more recognizable. Do you think it matters if it’s not scientifically accurate?

🤖BEEP BOOP BEEP BOOP🤖 ^ That’s robot for BOOK DEAL ANNOUNCEMENT! My 2nd picture book is underway! WHIRBY, FULLY CHARGED is about a robot who gets so excited about his upcoming bot battle that he doesn’t charge himself overnight, resulting in a major malfunction the next day.
