it's what I do in Leid vom Meeresfall as well. Most special nasty encounters are random, while the regular fights are visible on the map. Though from the second Dungeon onwards I also put some benefitial encounters in there, to mess a bit with the player's expectations.

It is possible that you run into the Wurf Lady towards the end of Eswahr Eternal. She likes to throw the hero at other enemies, which due to some coding quirks, also includes herself. Throw your eyes towards the game's Steam page for some critical damage: store.steampowered.com/app/5198420/...
