Reposted by Nighthaven⛺︎MIYAGEN @miyagen.bsky.social · 29/09/2026これは「ストゥーパ」と呼ばれる仏塔で、ネパールのエベレスト街道を歩いているとちょくちょく見かけます。カトマンズにもありますよ。 上に描かれている大きな目は「ブッダの目」で、仏陀が世界のあらゆる方向を見守り、真理を見通していることを表しているそう。 ストゥーパはもともと、遺骨や聖なるものを祀るためにつくられたもの。 そしてこのストゥーパが、形を変えながら中国や朝鮮半島を経て日本に伝わり、五重塔や三重塔など、日本の「仏塔」の起源になっているらしい。仏教が生まれたネパールらしい塔です。 仏教のルーツのネパールで、日本の仏教との違いや文化を見ると面白いです。 095
