Also, a lot of nations that think they’re religion-free have religious practices embedded in their culture without realizing it. Better to acknowledge religious influences and promote cultural acceptance than to specifically try to avoid religion.

The action in question was two Jews joking to each other about Jewish folklore. If that action affects you, you’re the problem. Jews aren’t your overbearing childhood church, and your refusal to recognize that is you being abusive, not abused.
