Went to the utterly brilliant Amgueddfa Lofaol Cymru / Big Pit National Coal Museum. As well as being able to see the infrastructure, it touched upon safety, the strikes of the eighties by the NUM, and the environmental impact of coal mining. 1/2

After the Abu Dabi debacle a few years ago, race control should have very clear procedures for safety cars and everyone should understand them. The fact that the safety car was ending and then didn't is a real violation of trust. They should have had an immediate explanation. #F1 #BritishGP
