I'm still indefinitely Car Seat Headrest moding and I'm finding that whenever I listen to one version of Famous Prophets I want to listen to the other which means whenever I listen to Famous Prophets I'm locking in to one song for 26 minutes

It's a shame that my brain won't let me read multiple things at a time because if it did I'd be multi-track drifting Umineko and Fate rn. I just finished watching the Heaven's Feel movies and I'm confronted with an urgency to get a degree in Whatever Is Wrong With Kotomine Studies

I very much hate working in insurance but one aspect of the job I actually like is explaining factoids to people. Did you know that electric cars can be more expensive to insure for liability because the batteries are so heavy they statistically cause more damage in a high velocity accident

Last night I was at my parents' place and my dad was telling me about the Terminator franchise. Like 2 hours later I'm talking with my mom about her work when my dad taps my shoulder, I turn and he's just holding out a picture of the Terminator on his phone and says, "this is what he looks like"

Hey everyone. It's been a hell of a year, and it's time to say: I'm moving! It will relieve a lot of pressures, both financial and emotional. However, since losing my job, any savings I had are spent and I need help to reset, so I'm crowdfunding this move. Anything helps <3 gofund.me/b61d2fdd2

Hashtag not sponsored I just genuinely rely on Lau as if he were my own father madewithlau.com

A meme from Overwatch showing two panels. The top has a girl with brown hair buried under rubble, looking up with a tired expression. The text above her says, "me desperate for a relatively easy but delicious meal with accessible instructions". The bottom panel shows Mercy, an angelic medic character, holding out her hand to assist. She has golden sunlight illuminating her from behind. Text below her says, "madewithlau.com".

Commission piece about a tormented bride. Always happy when I'm allowed to draw skeletons 🖤

The image shows a two-floor building with open walls. On the first floor there's a dining hall. There's a large table and a skeleton sitting at the table. There's a mural with a skeleton and an angel at the back and some arches with candles. On the right, there are two rooms: one is the reception with an arched window and a table behind the window, sofa in front of the window and a large human statue. A ragdoll cat is walking towards the door. Next room is a bedroom. The door to the bedroom has a lock on it. The bride is floating above the bed and a skeleton is looking at her from above the bed frame. In the center, there's a wedding ceremony hall with skeletons sitting on benches, a skeleton standing on a platform in the center reading a book and a groom waiting at the altar. There are murals on the walls with people and skeletons and a big statue of a crying angel. On the second floor, on the left side there are two rooms. At the very left side, there's a room with a broken wall. Birds are flying from an open cage, there's a shelf and some paintings on the wall. A skeleton is popping out of one of the paintings. In the next room, a skeleton is sitting on a chair and a cat is looking at it through a small secret door from the next room. There's a sculpture of an angel behind it. On the right side, there's a dressing room. The bride is sitting at the vanity table looking at her reflection but she sees herself as a skeleton. The room at the far right side extends to the roof. It has two large murals: one shows the groom and the shadow of the bride dancing and another one shows the bride holding a bird with 4 skeletons behind her. There are broken stairs leading upstairs. The wall is broken and there's a large skeleton climbing the wall. Upstairs shows the bride ringing the bells and a large skeleton behind the roof looking at her. Birds are flying in the sky and ribbons and cascading around the roofs. There's a horse on the left and a skeleton with angel wings.

He was unironically studying the blade (This is my Daggerheart character and his cousin btw) #eliotconway #daggerheart #beastfeast #oc #ttrpg

A digital sketch of my Daggerheart character Eliot and his cousin. Eliot is half Katari and half Infernis, with horns, downturned eyes, a cat nose, lion ears, and feathery hair pulled back in a ponytail. His cousin is an Infernis teenager with round features and fluffy hair. She leans over the couch Eliot sits on to ask with a smirk: "So, what were the women like in Loetar?"

The second image shows Eliot scratching his chin with a pinched thoughtful expression as he says, "Dunno, I wasn't focused on women". His cousin looks at him quizzically.

The third panel shows Eliot's cousin in bust with a tender expression on her face. She says, "Eliot...wow..."

@breathing-lad.bsky.social's masterpiece of a character Pion Sonozaki #artfight #higurashi #pionsonozaki

A digital drawing of Pion Sonozaki, @breathing-lad's Higurashi character. She is a teenage girl with green hair in pigtails, indigo eyes, a brown school jacket, yellow dress shirt, pink bowtie, blue skirt, and brown shoes. Pion is seen from a high angle leaning forward, with a friendly but undoubtedly sinister smile.

I was looking back through my files and I think I got a B on this assignment from college which was so generous given some of the worst UV unwrapping I've seen in my life is front and center

A 3D modeled and rendered bookshelf above a fireplace. A mug is placed next to two books left on the mantle. I didn't know you could scale your UVs across an entire scene at this time, meaning that the texture of the book closest to camera is incredibly low resolution.

Me when I wasn't saying anything: anyway- #oc #jbmcu #jakealamri #brunoflynn

A digital drawing of my character Bruno in the very close foreground, looking out onto a ledge in front of a college building where my character Jake sits, an arm extended to accept a coffee from his friend Mary. Jake has one leg up and the pants are very obviously ripped at the thigh.

A digital drawing of my character Bruno, seen in bust from the front as he looks downward with a sullen expression. A faded close up of Jake's thigh peeking out from the ripped jeans looms behind Bruno's head. Text beside him in serif font reads, "Expression of primal urges so extreme it almost reads as grief".

@lemonjamdraws.bsky.social is GMing the funniest TTRPG ever where Mary gets isekai-ed to another world and has to fight the corporation that teleported her there alongside several people who have no qualms about graphically murdering enemies in front of her #jbmcu #ttrpg #oc

A digital doodle of my character Mary on the left and an NPC, Celine, on the right. Both are young adult women, Mary having long wavy hair in a ponytail, large glasses, and a barista apron over a collared shirt. Celine has medium straight hair, tousled from battle, and is wearing a suit. Mary looks at Celine with a tired, tense smile and says, "Look, it's been a day. This is the first time I've seen someone be killed." Celine asks, "Wait, how old are you?" "21.", Mary replies. Celine comments, "Wow, you're a late bloomer."

For funsies here's (probably) the first times I drew each of my characters! Bruno was 2012, Jake was 2014, Mary was 2017, Tabitha and Naomi were 2020 #oc #jbmcu #ghostgirlstory

A traditional drawing from 2014 of my character Jake. He stands looking pensive with one hand in his pocket and the other in a loose fist.

A series of digitally colored drawings from 2017 of my character Mary with different expressions. In one she's playfully poking Bruno in the chest, who looks annoyed.

A photo of a computer screen showing a digital sketch from 2020 of my characters Naomi and Tabitha. Naomi holds a chain and looks disinterested off to the side, while Tabitha has the other end of the chain around her waist as she stands like she's ready to attack something.

Diagram of the very silly way I've been sleeping recently which ended up looking a lot more melancholy than it feels lol. My feet just get chilly and my CPAP is annoying to wear #diarydoodles

A top-down doodle of my bed showing me laying uncomfortably sideways with my head at one nightstand and my feet at the other. Captions point to my phone ("hbomber guy video"), my CPAP ("CPAP machine"), space heater ("space heater on high"), me ("extremely sideways"), and a box on a blanket at the foot of the bed ("my cat's ashes on his fave blanket (I'm coping)"). The doodle of me shows a scrunched expression on my face with my CPAP mask over my nose.

Sometimes I think I'm exaggerating when I draw him looking very Like This but he literally just looked Like This. If anything I'm downplaying it

A drawing of my cat Felix, a black and white domestic longhair. He is very triangular shaped and has a big fluffy tail.

A photo of Felix in a similar sitting pose as the drawing from the previous image. He is so huge and round and triangular it's honestly ridiculous.

Yep you guessed it it's a photo of Felix looking very round and fluffy and shaped like a giant triangle. He was so good at that.

One last photo of Felix sitting, but he's looking to the side a little bit like he's bashful about his roundness and triangular-ness. It's okay man you look great.

Two doodles of me sitting at a desk, the first showing me sitting casually with my hands on the surface, saying, "Wow, I've been sitting here for 3 hours it'd be really cool if I could DRAW". The last word is in a separate speech bubble overtaken by the second doodle, showing my hands splayed out as I yell the word DRAW with a wide mouth.

I hope I have the strength to finish this concept one day but there are so many characters in The Shards,,, besides Bret Easton Ellis tho I like to imagine that I think about Matt Kellner the most out of anybody on planet earth #theshards #breteastonellis #fanart

A digital sketch of Bret Ellis from the book The Shards by Bret Easton Ellis. He stands passively with a backpack slung over one shoulder in a high school uniform. Behind him is an array of yearbook photos of his classmates (though some of them haven't been drawn). The entire image is in various tones of red.

A digital sketch of Susan Reynolds from the book The Shards by Bret Easton Ellis. She stands with her arms drooped at her sides as she looks blankly at the viewer, wearing a high school uniform. Behind her is an array of yearbook photos of her classmates (though some of them haven't been drawn). The entire image is in various tones of red.

A digital sketch of Matt Kellner from the book The Shards by Bret Easton Ellis. He stands with a closed off posture in his high school uniform, one hand clutching the opposite arm. Let's combat the horrors happy Felix Friday Saturday here's some rly good photos my partner took of him

My cat Felix, a black and white longhair, sitting very comfortably and peacefully in the dryer on top of warm clothes

Felix peeking around the covers of the bed to stare at my partner menacingly. There is a photo on the wall behind him that also shows Felix from a high angle staring at the camera, very cohesive

Felix sitting under a desk chair, the flash on the camera illuminating his eyes so he looks like some sort of malicious specter
