Last night I finally beat #Eldenring And holy shit. Hands down, one of the most infuriating and hair-tearing experiences of my life, and one of the best games I have ever had the pleasure to play through. What an absolute masterpiece by FromSoftware.

I just finished Bioshock Infinite Burial at Sea DLC for the first time and holy shit. This is a masterpiece of storytelling unlike anything ever before put to the video game medium. Nothing I've ever witnessed before comes even close to comparing.

Both my and @therealjasa.bsky.social 's fingers slipped and we ended up buying and downloading Helldivers 2. I haven't had this much fun with a video game for a long time. (BG3 is a masterpiece, eon't get me wrong, but Helldivers tickles a different part of my brain)

As much as I love my friends I can't really vibe with anyone else on the same level as I do with my sister. It's kind of strange in a way, we're completely different people with completely different interests unlike my friends whom I share many of my interests with, yet it still somehow makes sense

Growing up with a roughly same aged sibling is such a weird but wonderful thing. You go from being these feral creatures, fighting and kicking and screaming and biting learning to be humans together to finally growing up to point where you can actually be friends.

I mean, yeah you can flirt with her but she's not a real romance option. There's no extra romance content for her, no romance scene, and she doesn't give the romance achievement. The only extra is that you learn that her given name is Lace, which you won't find out if you don't flirt with her.

Why is it that there are never any short race romance options in RPGs? All Dragon Age games, Owlcat's Pathfinder games, and Baldurs Gate 3 all have short races and in all of them (excluding DA2) you can play as a short race, but none of them allow you to romance a member of such race.
