Just gonna keep this one in reserve I think. A lot of people blame Lenin for all of the ills of the Soviet union, but I don't think it's all that. He did good things & bad things, made positive choices & mistakes. All civil wars are gonna be nasty affairs, yknow? Gotta have perspective

Lenin was average for a revolutionary civil war leader. Frankly I lay most of the blame on the dem/soc coalition government that formed after the first civil war, even though they fit my politics better!

They got into power because of dissatisfaction with involvement in the war and the manpower costs of military colonial upkeep, and then once in power, decided to stay in the fuckass war! Idiots. Paved the way for the November revolution. Stalin was the real bastard & lenins worst mistake imo

Looks to my eyes like the entire image that was sent was either directly made or run through AI. The text on the paper doesn't look like a proper print job either ngl looks really quite bad

Oo hard disagree there on the basis of definition, although I see where ur coming from. I think it's more accurate to say "moves opportunity from the few to many" re revolution. Yk, some revolutions want minority rule. Coup I just see as any dramatic political usurpment; dictionary def attached
