Gov. Jenniffer González Colón declared last August that “we want more” as Puerto Rico sought to become a homeport for additional cruise lines. Less than a year later, water tanker trucks can be seen parked along Old San Juan’s narrow cobblestone streets, supplying water to businesses and residents.
