Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!

ART THEFT LABELER @arttheft.bsky.social This has the potential to make bsky so much nicer for artists and help eliminate customers from being scammed by fake artists Let me show you how it works ⬇️⬇️⬇️

it’s lonesome here in the wide-open space #hyunoc #illustration

A redraw of a previous piece from 2022. All 4 of my ocs are present, standing in blue-green water and a large, bright planet behind them. There is a glowing blue patch of water between them.

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2

Scrolling through everyone that follows me looking for my mutuals again feels like looking for a needle in a hay stack except the needle is a diamond and the hay is gold because you are all precious treasures to me.
