Calling all translators! We're building a Bluesky starter pack for emerging and established translators—so that we can follow each other and be in community together on the World Wide Web. If you want to be included, add yourself to this thread, and share this post far and wide with your networks :)

This appears to be a really old post, but was actually sent on Sat, 02 Nov 2024 09:56:29 GMT JavaScript is more than happy to generate a negative timestamp, so we'll see how sending a post with one will go :D

Found out I can scroll a feed of people that follow me to see what they're posting and interacting with. A shocking amount of gay furries. Thanks for the support fellas.

i've made a feed for finding brushes and other assets for CSP/clip studio paint! this feed collects posts from the #CSPbrush | #CSPbrushes | #CSPAssets | #CSPAsset tags and shows them all together on your timeline for easy sharing and access. enjoy! bsky.app/profile/did:...

i think if people have art that they're proud of, they should just show it to people whenever they want to, over and over again. you dont need a whole new social media site, or a QRT art train, or any other excuse. you can just post it

BY THE WAY, THIS IS IMPORTANT. If you want everyone showing up on your feeds, you gotta go into Settings > Basic > Languages and clear the Content Languages field. Essential.

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2
