First they start with a public execution of someone largely considered horrible. Get people used to the gov carrying out these executions of undesirables. Slowly begin to funnel people into this system of executions by claiming they too are guilty of heinous crimes.

The worst thing to happen to VR was the idea that VR should be seen as a console or the future of computing. That was a Meta/facebook push. It's an accessory to PC gaming and a damn good one. I hope the VR community can slowly shrink back to its core demographic again.
