Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 14/10/2026Surprise no boot? Or would that come later? Get well soon! 110
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Counterpoint perspective: reverse the headshots top to bottom with, “A cool artist follows you,” and, “You follow them back.” :) Both artists in this are, of course, cool, so. 010
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 08/10/2026Oak Ridge gave a presentation earlier this week on the material property changes to the proton beam window on the SPS due to irradiation. Good stuff. 180
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 08/10/2026Might just be, book said we should be here at this time, didn’t say anything else, but I know it’s trying to find the right person to use it? Dunno, just shaking the magic 8-ball here. :) 120
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Whale on a boat, goat on a chair, when you’ve got an itch you need to scratch, you scratch! ;) 030
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Ah, yes, the classic pose in the photo at the end… good to reread some of your prior adventures, though! 110
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 26/09/2026As others are saying, don’t accept the framing of the ‘AI’ companies that they can’t control their product. Require them to do so and enforce that. There’s no reason they should get a pass on following laws just because they coded something they think is fancy. 000
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Ah, yes - the gelatinous spike-tentacled land squid, of course! ;) 011
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 25/09/2026I got whole-body chills just reading the first line, there. Such memories…. 010
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 22/09/2026As my sister liked to call it - Wizardryl! ;) Loads of fun playing that one, as well as The Bard’s Tale, though for me Wizard’s Crown would be defining as well. Oh, and the SSI gold box games! 020
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 19/09/2026So he should support high density residential development in commercial areas that are in the town, but not actually in a detached home community, right? 011
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 12/09/2026I’m more impressed that she’s loafing while up there! Well done, Chobani. :) Oh, Nome too. ;) 010
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Now just 17 votes behind, but less than 50 minutes left! 012
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 09/09/2026A lot of (most?) settlements are under NDAs, from what I understand. This was most frustrating after we started jury selection, then shortly before seating were told never mind, jury trial is cancelled… but then I couldn’t ever find out what the trial was supposed to be about! 010
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 07/09/2026Yup, had a feral apartment complex cat decide the wife and I looked like proper suckers and move in with us, went into heat shortly after. Loud and shouty for sure. We had two other cats, both neutered; the male looked a bit bewildered, like he knew there was something he was supposed to do but… 1230
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 05/09/2026That last must be pure slander! You should be ashamed. 160
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 05/09/2026First watched with sound off and was thinking, “Fearless and inquisitive!” So yup, agreed on that. She’s great. :) 040
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 04/09/2026I mean, starting with Reagan the rich got richer, and they think that’s all that matters, so. Here we are. 030
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Philly was like that too. That said, the large crowds are their own kind of statement. 110
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 02/09/2026I hope that all goes well! And while no babies may be sad for now, this is also taking steps to make sure yo will be able to support the babies in the future, and to support and care for yourself! 050
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Even going back to when she was in a tree, all of (checks notes) four? days ago, she was so expressive (and vocally opinionated!). 1200
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 31/08/2026You can always request they purchase the books! Especially since they are all now award-winning…. 120
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 30/08/2026Might be why Chobani went back up the tree - she’d been out long wnough that she knew that was safer? 060
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 30/08/2026I picked up GW wargaming in college, via finding some Eldar ship minis for Space Fleet and then falling into the local Space Marine group, and expanding from there. Been a while, though; gone quiet since Kids. 000
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 30/08/2026So glad! :) Next question… is the belly a trap? Though I can see holding off a little on finding out, want her to settle in (which she seems to be doing quite admirably). 020
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 29/08/2026That said, regarding cat proofing the rest of your apartment: I’m sure we will all be looking forward to the stories that result from her getting Up To Things out there. :) 060
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 29/08/2026Between you and Nome we’ve got some quality CDS material these days. Not discounting those who are fostering etc., they are always there with it and I am grateful; just saying the extra pics and kitties are nice. :) 030
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 28/08/2026Nothing to regret, the scary bottle just leapt off the shelf at him! 080
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 28/08/2026I’m sure he was just in the vicinity, not involved at all! ;) 0120
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 24/08/2026I seem to recall Denver is one of the typical post-apocalyptic capitals, for whatever that’s worth. Non-story-wise, Chicago might be up there too, with the lake access. 040
Mithramuse @mithramuse.bsky.social · 23/08/2026That stuff you dilute the tea leaves with, I think? 110
