Watched Le Cercle Rouge, directed by Jean-Pierre Melville from 1970 Good movie! Really solid heist movie. Nothing spectacular but just enjoyable all around. Quite sparse in terms of dialogue, similar to Melville’s Le Samourai, which I appreciate

Watched Michael Mann’s Manhunter - the first Hannibal Lecter novel adaptation - starring Will Graham It was good! It was weird seeing Hannibal played by not Anthony Hopkins, but Brian Cox was great. A very tense thriller. Great aesthetics of course Biggest complain was the tonally jarring ending

I watched Hana-bi (1997) recently, directed by and starring Takeshi Kitano. It was quite good, a large improvement over his movie Violent Cop. Less nihilistically brutal, more melancholic (but still brutal at times). Yet also sweet. A really complex film

New horny story! With the possible exception of some of the caitlyn/jinx stuff, this is probably the darkest my stories get. Which is to say, not all that dark lol because I am a big softie. But the characters are mean and they call each other names. archiveofourown.org/works/93770601

The Once and the Future Queen of the Amazons, by pickleherring on AO3

Summary:
Laeiziira, warrior chief of the Amazons, is deposed and brought captive before her enemies.

"Ghhhurkhh... gah! Amazon... Queen," the Princess slurred between gasping breaths, "By the gods!"

The Princess Matilda lifted her head slowly, knelt upright, and picked the tangled mess of her hair from her eyes. The choke-pink flush of her face was beginning to subside, leaving in its aftermath a fetching red glow on her cheeks. The dark pencil with which her eyes were lined had run with the streams of her tears into watery gray streaks. And her mouth hung open, gasping, a viscous drop of drool trailing from her lip. She knelt upright, swept her mouth dry with the back of her hand, and flexed her jaw as if to settle it back into place. "By the gods!" she repeated, her watering eyes looking up at Laeiziira, wide with exhilaration, "If that is the passion with which you pillage my face…"

Also, I don’t think there’s ever been a movie that has made me crave a cigarette more than this one did, since I quit. Elliott Gould smoke at least one in every scene

I guess satire isn’t exclusively humorous, but I definitely expected it to be, and I’m glad it wasn’t. Also shoutout to the early, silent role from Schwarzenegger in this

I watched The Long Goodbye, directed by Robert Altman, starring Elliott Gould I’ve seen this movie called a satire, but that didn’t feel quite right to me. It’s very nihilistic, and Gould’s character is very irreverent, but the movie itself isn’t. I liked it - I enjoyed the sustained bleakness

Being the Demon King means very few people are willing to dominate you, whether it be out of fear or respect. Then along comes an orc who is twice your size and several times your weight, and shoves your face into her forest of armpit hair in a show of dominance. No wonder he fell in love.

While I am very grateful I find my drawings of Boss Megan very hot (like enough that it overtakes my critical art part of the brain) - I feel it really makes me focus waayyy too much on her Still love her cock in this one despite the overall piece being a lil unfinished.. #AnnenMegan #futanari

Anne and Megan's reflections on a mirror. They are taking a selfie/groupie together. Megan has a very obvious erection through her underwear. It becomes more swollen despite seemingly already finishing in Anne.

I think my worst trait as a writer in terms of the process, is that I so rarely end a day of writing at a stopping point. Sometimes it happens naturally, but I swear most of the time I return to discover I left off in the middle of a sentence, staring down a semi-colon that trails off into the abyss

Chief of the Bloodtusk Clan Gara Wildemane got her name for her untameable head of hair, and she decided to roll with it. Her dense forest of armpit hair and its powerful, overwhelming musk is what broke Alura first, and now he's hooked. I'm pretty sure if she shaved he'd cry.

What about Gary Oldman in The Fifth Element

110

MisterretsiM @misterretsim.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

I watched Angel Face, directed by Otto Preminger, starring Robert Mitchum (which is the main reason I picked it) It wasn’t very good. Predictable and weird and like, sexist in the way movies from the 50s were that made the plot and twists uninteresting. Really didn’t do much for me

010

MisterretsiM @misterretsim.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

Watched Jean-Luc Godard’s “Breathless” An interesting movie. I liked it a good deal, but it definitely goes in the category of classic movies that, while I can see why they were classics in the first place, didn’t blow me away. I was a big fan of Belmondo’s acting too

000

MisterretsiM @misterretsim.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

I have not but I will definitely add it to my list now!

010

MisterretsiM @misterretsim.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

You should watch Klute if you haven’t seen it! It’s easily my favorite of the trilogy And yes, that was so good. Tbh when I watch older movies, the more I realize how much movies lost by not having at least one chainsmoking character

010

MisterretsiM @misterretsim.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Also, I swear I don’t just sit around and watch movies all day - I do write a lot! It actually takes me about 2-3 days on average to get through a movie, just because I have very specific times I like to watch them: an hour before bed, and when I’m having breakfast

020

MisterretsiM @misterretsim.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Watched Pakula’s All the President’s Men - wanted to finish his “paranoia trilogy” I think the craziest part of this movie is that it came out only a couple of years after Watergate and its so good. Very tense, very frantic. Great acting all around ofc. The quintessential political thriller, really

210

MisterretsiM @misterretsim.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Watched “Three Days of the Condor” directed by Sydney Pollack and starring Robert Redford Really good spy movie. Really great soundtrack too, really snazzy. Very high energy and intense. Still politically relevant to this day - even 50 years ago we were obsessed with oil in the Middle East
