Received misstatsu.bsky's blessing to make the fic Bakumatsu Apocrypha and the accompanying illustrations she created for the trilogy into hand bound books. Pages are all hand cut for the grain to fall in the correct direction. Picked out a paper for the cover to match the chaotic OkiSai ship.

Finished a little #kazumaji piece for the prompt challenge (Summertime) we have going on at Kamuro Shipping Company Discord sever! #yakuza #rgg #龍が如く

A digital art piece of Majima and Kiryu with a simple beach background. They are sitting next to each other sharing a big slice of watermelon between them. Kiryu has already taken a bite and Majima is about to, either a mischievous expression and a mouth open about to bite with pointy teeth

everyone is so nice to me ;_; (however I do ask readers to e.g. watch inoue playing detective or haruka babysitting a wet cat man before they get to see the primary tagged ship so I get why it isn't for everyone)

Stage 1 of liking a character: aw hey it's my funny little guy, love that dude, hope he's having a good day :) Stage 10 of liking a character: I need to see him tortured. I need him to have the worst day of his life every day of his life forever

The left sketch is of genderbent butch Majima with her tits out. The right sketch is of Majima and Kiryu, both women, covered in wounds and fighting wildly with Majima upside down holding onto Kiryu. Kiryu’s got Majima’s knife hand/wrist in a grip. Also tits out 🫡

Majima/Kiryu | Scene from Eat Dirt by saltandbees that I drew while re-reading it for the 3rd time... except I can't remember if it happened like this, probably just based on a scene. #✏️ #rgg (reposted, broke my hashtags)

#Majima/Kiryu | Majima's face is tilted, lips puckered as he kisses Kiryu's cheek. His hand is cradling Kiryu's jaw, a thumb stroking beneath the white surgical eyepatch on Kiryu's left eye. His other hand is on Kiryu's shoulder, tugging him close so that they're pressed together.

Oddly, Majima's wearing a t-shirt, and Kiryu's shirtless. Scars are faintly visible on Kiryu's skin. Kiryu looks pouty, one of his hands rests on Majima's arm, as though he wants to pull Majima's hand away from his face.

Saejima showing off his nerd terrarium to Majima 🖊️🦑

Saejima gesturing to a passel of nerds: “These are the nerds I’ve been teaching hand-to-hand combat!”
Nerd: “…what?”

Majima, pulling out a knife: “Ooh, can I fight them?”

Saejima, protectively standing in front of the nerds: “No! They’re very fragile, don’t hurt them!”

Nagakura/Saito | The guy in the back is supposed to be-- well, I'm sure you can piece it together with the evidence. #✏️ #Nagakura/Saito #Saejima/Kiryu #ishin

A pasty, pale man stands over Ryoma, cock resting on Ryoma's tongue. Ryoma has his head thrown back, he's on his knees, spine arched back, arms folded and bound behind him, impaled on Nagakura's cock and practically sitting in the bigger man's lap. Nagakura is gripping one of Ryoma's shoulder with one hand, and braced against a floor cushion with the other. Everyone has a decent amount of muscle, but Nagakura's significantly thicker all over. There's disheveled blue and white fabric on the ground among the cushions strewn about.

Time for Ishin AU (can you believe the most romantic Shinataka I've drawn is the one where Takasugi's half bald) #ShinatakaWeek2025

Edo period Takasugi, with his hair styled in a chonmage, sitting under a cherry blossom tree. He's wearing some thin, rectangular glasses – the kind you hookk onto your ears like a face mask. He's feeding Shinsengumi Shinada, whose head is resting in his lap, mochi from a small plate while looking away bashfully. Shinada's smiling, reaching up as if to touch his face or maybe take the mochi.

I have burning questions about some unimportant details not covered by canon and I have no idea where to ask about them lol

010

jan 🀄🍓 @misstatsu.bsky.social · 21/07/2025

so, where are people talking about rgg canon and/or bouncing ideas around for writing these days? I refuse to go back to twitter and I haven't had much luck with discord (no hard feelings to various mods; I just find most fast-moving or too events-focused or too child-filled for me)

right???? happens all the time around here! I'm forever dragging the dog out of bushes where he's managed to find mostly uneaten meals. I once saw an entire ham sandwich just sitting on a car's windshield. it's absurd!

people love to throw entire meals out on the boulevard near my house and lil buddy hit the jackpot the other day (I had to pick him up and remove him from the situation and now every time we go for a walk we have to check Pizza Boulevard)

and, like, have these people actually dug into ship tags? it is possible and indeed extremely cool to mash the dolls together in a way that says something about their characters. you WILL read 50k of my take on this guy's entire deal before you get the smut and then the smut's also a character study

I don't know where this idea comes from that you can't enjoy shipping and also analyze the plots and themes of your favorite games/shows/etc. Just bc I think two characters should kiss doesn't mean I can't also write an essay about them in non-shipping contexts

Kiryu posed like that Spider-Man meme where he’s sitting awkwardly at the desk with a little portrait of himself on the wall behind him. He’s wearing a tiny party hat
