No, but we followed the Columbia on route we used to take up to our friend’s house in Wenatchee - and the river becomes the border between WA/OR, and you cross the river into OR and then go by the Grand Coulee Dam (area where One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest was based) …so, my mind took a wee trip. 🤣

I live in an area where shopping choices are limited, so I shop the same couple of stores, for the same items on repeat & I do know what the prices where pre-COVID & now. Costco’s box of three bottles of Clorox bleach was $9.99 & now it’s $18.99, 4-L of Organic Milk was $11.99, it’s $17.49. Etc…

She was supposed to have it done 5 years ago, and had to do a preliminary x-ray & dental. Then, it got cancelled because of COVID, so she went back on the list & was supposed to get it done 4 years ago & they found early stage lung cancer on her new chest x-ray. That knee probably saved her life. 🩵

Mine are always when I’m sleeping or really relaxed & the theory was my blood pressure was dipping too low & my heart was trying to kick it up. I also get them when I’m not feeling well. Having them out & about or driving would be awful. It’s an unpleasant sensation.

They picked it up on my overnight sleep study & then I had to wear the monitor for 2 weeks. I can also catch them on my IWatch. They come in clusters & mostly when I’m really relaxed or sleeping. It sort of feels like a panic attack - but without the anxiety, just the physical symptoms. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah, I watched a couple videos on how you can make it at home using mozza & milk. I just buy it at Trader Joe’s & I noticed my Costco just started carrying it too. It’s like if mozza was a soft-boiled egg & you cracked it open on some oven roasted tomatoes & scooped it up with some crusty bread.
