Throwback Thursday - When my husband and I moved in together we blended our cat households as well. We grew up with the Brady Bunch so we should have known what would happen. I'm so glad Frank & Siouxsie got to meet. Rescue cats don't always have long lives but they love fiercely.

This was Frank and Siouxsie's favorite date spot. I would drag a chair over to our front door so they could perch and watch the world go by.

Siouxsie has enlisted the help of a bird bouncer. "Jimmy McCaw doesn't like when you ruffle my feathers. Jimmy make them eat crow."

Alchemy at it's finest. French onion soup slow simmered over the course of the day. This batch has white and red wine, as well as cognac for that extra culinary warmth. I also brush the baguette with garlic infused olive oil before toasting. So yummy! #soup #food #kitchenwitch

My paternal grandpa was the 1st of our family to move from Tonsberg, Norway. Every Christmas my grandma would make krumkake. When she passed, I took up the mantle. It's a labor of love & my favorite cookie. I love to remember her when I make it & share with friends. #baking #foodisalovelanguage

Thanks for the art share! I call this corset 'The Eviscerator'. I found this fabric that looked flesh-like and added a red velvet ruffle to mimic intestines so basically it looks like the corset is keeping the wearer together. #darkart #horror #corset
