I always try to uphold the annual New Zealand tradition of the Nativicado.

Traditional Aotearoa Nativicado scene with avocados representing baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph, and the magi, overlooked by an angel with repurposed mince pie wings. The custom comes from the abundance of ripe avocados at Christmas and Kiwi frugality.

When bees carry individual marks, you realise that they are not "attracted to flowers" like some silly reflex machines - in fact they know where they're going and the same individuals often return to the same flowers whose locations, appearance and rewards they have learned. Go Orange 24!

why would the bishop threaten your queen? you have pawns that could protect them. But I think the suggestion to move the black pawn is to free space to move your queen and find a check. Also, if the opponent is forced to have two pawns one in front of the other, I think they are at disadvantage.

I'm not sure which of you need to hear this, but: If you push yourself to your limits and burn out for a company, you are trading years of your future productivity for minor gains in the present. Burning out will _fuck you up_, it's like brain fog or depression, and it takes years to recover

I'm SO. TIRED. Of having AI pushed everywhere. No, I don't want AI to do my writing for me. I actually enjoy the creative process, that's the whole point. Yes, writer's block is a part of that. A blank page is intimidating, but it's also what gets the creative juices flowing. It's potential.
