Delighted to report that my manuscript "The Demodifier: a tool for screening modification-induced alternate peptide taxonomy in palaeoproteomics" has been recommended by PCI. The Demodifier, an open source tool, screens for inaccurate taxonomic matches caused by PTMs www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
