I’ve been MIA doing “important” things. Like taking pictures with swords. Also I started watching Voltron Legendary Defenders and somehow it is becoming my whole personality for the time being 😂 I have been drawing too I promise but it’s been nice to be a bit more offline

I refined my chapter 1 script while testing out a new obsidian plugin. So I decided to test out making thumbnails with literally cutting and pasting. It’s been a fun way to work through ideas.

Been taking a break from drawing to make dragonscale armor and it’s been fun doing a craft that does not require me to think 😅 I still need so many more 🥲

A good omen today! Two crows perched on our tree this morning! I left an offering of peanuts in the yard should they get hungry.

I had a spark of inspiration and wrote a better blurb for Slow Drip last night. And then put it in a blog post cuz I’m trying out blogging and sharing it here is too scary 🫣 😂 (mostly joking. But you know) mirandacakes.art/blog/2026/ju...

Weekend Recap: I got a mini pottery wheel for my birthday and tried to make a pot…and it’s…a pot, tho whether it’s worthy of the name or not is debatable 😂 And then I figured out my chapter cover for the most part! Happy Monday! How was your weekend??

New crow pose drop 🐦‍⬛ This is secretly a magic crow (not sure if it’s a familiar or a character transformed into a crow) but I gotta figure out an “accessory” for it to make it clear it’s not a normal crow. Like accent feathers or something. What should his style be?? #crow

Mostly done with my weekend concept work. The Slow Drip coffee shop (with living space upstairs!) I’ll probably rearrange the tables and plan to clutter everything up and make it feel less ✨ shiny and new ✨ But you get the gist and the vibes #conceptart #slowdripcomic

There are two reasons to post food. 1. It’s delicious and beautiful. 2. Because it failed miserably. Today we’re here for reason 2 🤣
