My theory is that the Disc Press is for cloning Discs. I'm sure this is what others are thinking too. If Disc 5 is as important as some think for opening the Sift Portal, being able to have extras (in case one gets lost) would be very important!

0121

excuse me WHAT?! A new table for making MUSIC DISCS?! This doesn't sound like it'd be something for the Ice Caves Drop, so it sounds like it's for the future, perhaps the Sift (which *is* sound-related). #Minecraft

0161

So many people wanted to argue with me about this lol (on twitter) Frozen Zombies are officially the "Frostbite"! #Minecraft #MinecraftNews

0100

It's interesting thinking about this old #Minecraft YouTube short from March 2023 teasing a new boss, as we now have the context that it surely is referring to the Sift.

030

We have learned that the "Special Cape" is currently for "Special circumstances" related to #DungeonsII. It definitely seems that it will remain there (not for vanilla). #Minecraft #MinecraftNews

050

The Sift isn't just another dimension; it has a past and history. How was this world formed? Has it always looked like this? What creature left this huge fossil? Is there archaeology to be done? #Minecraft #DungeonsII

070

WE'VE BEEN HAD! No Ice Caves in snapshots this week. Maybe for previews. #Minecraft #MinecraftNews

180

#DungeonsII AND Ice Caves today! What surprises are you hoping to see in this first snapshot/preview? #Minecraft #MinecraftNews

041

Watch #DungeonsII on Twitch or TikTok to get the new AURORA CAPE for vanilla #Minecraft, resembling the sky and ichor of the new SIFT dimension! Available through October 14th!

091

I'm cool with Smithing Templates requiring Diamond, but how is that I need a WHOLE PAIR OF LEGGINGS in order to make one? It feels like an arbitrary cost instead of something that actually makes real sense. #Minecraft

270

Sounds like there's many more new mobs to discover in #Minecraft #DungeonsII! Which is your favorite new mob you've seen so far?

050

I'm guessing we'll hear about this other cape sometime this week. As far as we know it's #DungeonsII exclusive, but maybe it's not! #Minecraft #MinecraftNews

081

AURORA BOREALIS at this time of year, at this time of day, in the part of my #Minecraft world, localized entirely on a NEW CAPE?! #MinecraftNews

1192

The other cave biome this year came with blocksets from the blocks that formed the cave. Mojang knows we want more Calcite. And now it'll be very abundant. Surely we'll get a Calcite blockset, right? #Minecraft

1131

I can't wait for the "Licker" to come to vanilla #Minecraft so I can experience the pleasure of 😛😛 omg who said that

0143

As a creator, it's weird to think one day they'll be packs and mods that change the Sift dimension in vanilla with new structures, biomes, mobs, blocks, shaders, etc. Like a whole new category. When every other dimension was added, this just wasn't a thing. #Minecraft

091

Big week ahead of us! Dungeons II releases and we'll likely see the Ice Caves in snapshots/previews this Tuesday or Wednesday! What are you looking forward to? #Minecraft #MinecraftNews #DungeonsII

090

Can't believe Mojang is giving us a new dimension but won't give us 1.22 😞

050

Apparently they did, but (see image) I don't really like that as a name though so I hope that's not it

000

Why weren't we told Frozen Zombies' real name? We have Husks, Parched, Drowned, Bogged, Strays, ...Frozen Zombies? That's surely not their name. Weird. #Minecraft

2131

Hmmm not sure there's *that much* happening in #Minecraft to talk about... Tune in for a breakdown of #MinecraftLIVE, thoughts, predictions, and more!

Chat, am I just supposed to go on with my day after this? #Minecraft

0120

I have more thoughts about today that I'll post about over time... but you can also tune in to the Realm News Round Table tomorrow and hear a bunch of us give our thoughts! #Minecraft #MinecraftNews #MinecraftLIVE #MinecraftUpdate @realmnews.bsky.social

051

#Minecraft by the end of 2027 may feel like a completely new game with a whole new dimension being added. Not just a dimension. Blocks, mobs, items, biomes, mechanics, lore. I have no idea what to expect. But wow am I excited to find out.

0152

Regarding the Winter Drop, I like what we've seen so far. More Calcite is very welcome! But it's gonna need a bit more. Luckily we generally don't see the entire drop at LIVE, and we have some months before release still! #Minecraft #MinecraftLIVE #MinecraftUpdate

FROZEN ZOMBIES spawn in ICE CAVES and give the FREEZING EFFECT. Some throw ICE BALLS that can be brewed into FREEZING POTIONS! #Minecraft #MinecraftLIVE #MinecraftNews

0100

ICE CAVES ARE A NEW BIOME WITH FALLING ICICLES AND CALCITE! #Minecraft #MinecraftLIVE #MinecraftNews

1180

Agnes has confirmed that there is something being worked on beyond drops in the background, and we're going to hear about it! #Minecraft #MinecraftLIVE #MinecraftNews

080

"Next chapter of the Minecraft franchise" doesn't seem to me like it'd be anything we've seen yet. Fumni might have called it. I think it may be the Netflix series finally being revealed tomorrow. #Minecraft #MinecraftLIVE
