We had a very nice black man help us with our grocery cart this afternoon, and 5yo launched into a black history lesson, beginning with "His people and our people..." 😬 Oh lawdy, son. 😬 It ended up being about the bus strikes, and good on him for picking up on the lesson, but eek for a moment

We went to a gem and mineral show, and the tistics were out in force! 🤣 (that does include us) We ended up with a fossilized shell, a simple arrowhead, some rose quartz, a grape agate, and a little teardrop shaped malachite that I want done into a pendant 💜 The boys LOVED IT.
