I work in commercial property insurance. This is so true. We are continually finding creative solutions to the ever changing challenges our customers face. It is about using strategic solutions where industries are willing to take on some risk while still being protected and compliant.

The appetite of every insurance company is different. The insurance market in the US is highly regulated by the government and the cost to offer specific coverages is so expensive that nobody can afford it. Auto, homeowners, work comp, umbrella, etc all have predetermined controlled rates.

The more I post freely on Facebook, the less dollars I am raising for Multiple Sclerosis awareness. For years I have raised thousands of dollars and this year I am at a whopping $100 that I personally donated. I guess that care and compassion from friends and family came with stipulations.

You bet! Season ahead with some garlic, salt pepper then finish with honey. Truly divine. No need to overdo the honey. Just a drizzle. If you dig spicy, add some spice to your seasoning or use hot honey. Maybe I should do some honey recipes and beekeeper content lol! We all prob need the break.
