The individual wheel pods could swing, and each wheel could steer within its pod, all independently, allowing for crazy maneuverability. You can't take the Tesla approach and scale it down to get a cheap EV that anyone wants. These buyers aren't tech enthusiasts or early adopters. They want a car they can afford, not a showpiece. 010

I actually think the Fit formula isn't really possible on an EV, though. EVs have to take up the entire subfloor with batteries, so that kills the Fit's clever packaging 030

I hate that it has no volume knob but otherwise it's a nice feature alongside all the manual controls. Screens can be good. They just don't need to be the point. 100
