If anyone is interested, had my ACDF spinal/neck surgery a couple of weeks ago. All is well Was home the next day & recovering well. Bit painful, wound has healed nicely- I'm going to say i was in a fight!! A few more wks off work though - so bored!! Also, on half pay now which ain't great.

Not been on for a while as been thoroughly depressed. Had my ACDF neck surgery cancelled 3 times since 9 April. Not been on arthritis meds for 8 wks so in agony, off work for last 2 wks as my body is tired. Tomorrow is cancellation day 4 (thinking like this so not to be too upset) Wish me luck!!

Was due to have ACDF neck surgery on Thurs. Checked into hospital, had visits from Dr's, nurses, pharmacists. Watched as they wheeled the 1st patient up. Then waited 6 hrs to then be told I was canx as an emergency came in. Oh well, stuff happens but now have to wait for another date. Gutted
