Weird thing about long covid, its made alchohol less enjoyable. The pick-me-up effect gets cancelled out by my fatigue, so all I ever feel is a constant comedown, which hits twice as hard.

Oof, its been a rough month... Dox and I caught covid at megaplex, we got through it, came down with a cold RIGHT after, and we have been nothing but exhausted since then. I think we are dealing with long covid, yall Im so so so burnt out and tired. This sucks big time.

my biggest recovery advice is to go on a walk. It helps the brain sort everything out that would otherwise be racing around my head. Doesn't have to be long, doesnt even have to be outside, sometimes if I feel buzzy inside ill take a break and walk around my apartment for a sec.
