Tired, aching, but still making food for this stall and truck. Taste test between homemade and sourdough from a local baker. The homemade wins on flavor, but the sourdough wins on texture and the fact that its one less thing to prep and worry about. #food #FoodSky #cook #cookingsky #cooking #burger

While things can go wrong, and turn out not assthey are expected to. You shouldn't let a situation take control of you. Don't internalize it, make it something that you can control. In a very simple example, dense underproofed bread can turn into bread pudding. #food #baking #foodsky #homecook

I feel like Syndey in The Bear right now. Recipe testing for the truck and not getting what I am looking for. This is Alpha test, baby. If it doesn't pass my taste buds, it's not going to open Beta. The bread flavor is good, can't use Kewpie mayo in the mayo butter spread, cheese feels nonexistent.
