i tried to make cheeses 4ish years ago using foraged plants and vinegar. one ended up like a really weird flavoured ricotta and i learned to check my nettle sources for signs of being pissed on, and the other i forgot on the stove so it went somewhere between a halloumi and a mozzarella.

A creative commons licence might be a better way to go than a trademark, since they explicitly allow for public use, so wouldn't get tied up in optics and/or the possibility for whoever owns it to hold it over people in the fandom they don't like.

Fascism is a super easy ideology to fall into by accident. It's pretty much purely reactionary and with the current economic system constantly hurting us as much as it does it's almost addictive to eek out a space where you can lash out like that. I'm proud of you for breaking out of it.
