The Aces' Jewell Loyd is doubtful for tomorrow's Game 2 vs. the Valkyries, while Dana Evans and Steph Talbot are both questionable, per the team.

Stephanie Talbot and Jewell Loyd both participated in a Las Vegas Aces workout Tuesday, but their status remains TBD for Game 2 against Golden State. "Just trying to ramp them up, but now we gotta see how they feel and recover off this," Aces coach Becky Hammon said.

The Valkyries aren’t going to move a Finals game. From the team: “The Doja Cat concert will move to a contingency date. As is standard practice for major venue events, we always have a contingency plan, including backup dates, in place. No changes have been made to the schedule at this time.”

So Dallas are moving (albeit probably for one year before going somewhere smaller), and now Atlanta are officially moving. Connecticut becoming Houston moves them somewhere far bigger. It really is over to you Ted Leonsis. CareFirst Arena starting to stick out like a very small sore thumb. #WNBA

The Atlanta Dream will play home games at State Farm Arena beginning with the 2027 season, the team announced. It’s a multiyear deal that’ll move the team’s home from Gateway Center Arena to the much larger and more central venue downtown.

Sky fans might see a sourced report circulating today that the Bedford Park training facility will open on Nov. 18 — that is not true, at least in terms of the Sky’s usage of their portion of the facility. Move-in date is still not set, per multiple sources.

Valkyries rebounding, depth gives them an edge against Aces | The IX Basketball
The Golden State Valkyries have few advantages over the defending champion Las Vegas Aces. One, which was obvious in their Game 1 win on Sunday, is their bench depth. The other is their rebounding.
